  • Aside from the fact this location is very clean and exceptionally nice, the staff has been incredible! I needed to arrange a storage unit long-distance, Josh was amazingly helpful, made great suggestions, and had a fantastic attitude. He made it easy, where some customer service people would have bogged down in details. When I arrived, the young lady in the office was very patient with my questions and with drawing the map. Our moving truck had a mechanical problem, and she suggested how she could help control the gate from the front office. I have to say even their snacks and beverages are excellent! I didn't expect to be unloading as long as we did, and frankly those save me from a nasty energy crash. Pricing here was better than other storage facilities I called nearby.
