  • DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!! Their Customer Service Department is incompetent. I bought a chair from Ashley that is supposedly under warranty. It's been broken for over a month and it is still not fixed. First Customer Service ordered the wrong part. Now they are telling me they can't find time in the next two weeks to send are repairman out to make the repair. This store clearly doesn't stand behind it's products adequately. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop elsewhere.
