I have had the worst service experiences at this HD dealership. My list of experiences are inability to preform service work as promised because mechanic and service manager quit with my motor apart on the bench. I get that stuff like this happens, but they haven't solved some systemic problems in the service department. I can't get emails returned, phone calls returned as promised , shuttle pickup as booked and to top it off the dealership manager was to phone me to go over my nagging noisey primary problem. It's been 4 days since I was in there to discuss it. When I was in there a flu was going through the dealership and the manager and service manager were both home sick. I talked with the sales manager. It's just one excuse after another. I spent $7000 in repair work on my 2011 bike. It has been in the shop off and on since October. I have taken my bike to another shop to see if I am imagining a problem. The other shop mechanic took my bike and said I definitely have a primary drive that shouldn't sound like it does and he suggested to go back to the chesters to "let them resolve it" it's been 4 days without a phone call. I'm off to a new shop and $7000 worth of invoices to try and get my bike fixed once and for all.
STAY clear of Chester's unless you have more money than you know what to do with and don't like riding your bike and your blood pressure is too low!
