  • This was a nice and pain free process. I just simply showed up to drop off my damaged rim, and within a few hours I got a call explaining the needed repair. The next day I came back and the wheel looked good as new. Very happy with the service and the customer service. Will be back for sure as these Cleveland pot holes are brutal! Some things to note: 1. No American Express 2. They don't mount the wheel for you. You either drop it off, or have your local mechanic sent it over there. I also think they do some pick up for some local dealers (skip the middle man, and just head here!) 3. Sometimes they aren't there because they are driving around picking up rims from other shops. This may require you to leave your rim with the guy next door. Don't worry, let that fright you...it's all good.... Like I said it's a small business. Just make sure to call Quest Rim first and they'll take care of everything.
