My experience at Drybar was extremely disappointing. We started with making an appointment for 9:15pm. Once we arrived there were no employees on the floor except the man who was working at the bar. He had to go to the back to get the rest of the staff. The very rude women who came out said she sends her staff home at 9:00pm if there is no one there. Our appointment was at 9:15 so I'm unsure why she would send her staff home knowing that. She told us that she could do a dry and style so I was fine with that. A couple days after the appointment I checked my bank statement and apparently I was charged two different amounts. They make it almost impossible to connect to anyone within the company and when you do they don't seem to care about the customer's experience. To me it honestly seemed like they wanted to take advantage of someone who is out of state and cannot go into the store to sort out the issue. Would love to receive a call and hopefully update this review.
Update: This company couldn't care less about their customers. They asked for me to reach out and when I did they continued to miss my calls or get back to me. I'll gladly never recommend them to anyone.
