  • Pretentious. Not warming my $15 sandwhich because you say your bread is fresh? It was cold and unpleasant and ripped the top of my mouth. Instead, either toast my sandwhich like I asked, or just tell me that you don't own a toaster/panini press! I ended up throw8ng half the bread out and putting it on a bagel I bought elsewhere. Im going to try you guys again, just as a control and Ill adjust if necessary. For now, I really dont see you guys in a positiv light.
