  • The best thing about this hotel is the location, seriously great spot right on Saint Catherine- go down either way and there's a ton to do, see, and eat. It's also walking distance to Old Montreal. I also think the hotel bar is pretty nice, love all the fireplaces and the dark, swanky atmosphere. The indoor pool is also really pretty and has a great view of the city. I definitely spent some time lounging there... They should have a bar though! Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of our room. It was mostly clean and the hotel staff was nice, and the AC worked just fine, but the toilet handle was broken, the wifi didn't work on our phones at all, half of the outlets didn't work (I woke up with a dead laptop when I thought it'd been charging all night), and the USB ports so conveniently located on the nightstand lamps didn't work either. There's no balcony and the lighting in the room was awful- especially in the bathroom. Like... Green. I don't know, the room just wasn't... Nice. I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.
