  • Joe's is a must try while in Las Vegas. I know people reviewing lately say that it's past it's prime, that's just not true and it's consistently good. When I dine here, I generally get some stone crab and a steak. Yes, the steaks are amazing even though Joe's is more of a seafood restaurant. Don't miss the New York strip! When selecting your stone crab claws, spend a little more and go with the bigger ones. They are much easier to eat! They are served cracked, but they do take a little work to get the bits of shell off. Ask for Suzanne! She is a fantastic server and a riot! Super friendly and helpful if you aren't sure what to order. Reservations are a must any day of the week. It's packed. Joe's is definitely not passed its prime. Enjoy!
