  • I want start by saying, Ahooooy Matey! At first I was devastated without my phone as it is my only line of communication with the outside world. A pirates life is a lonely one, arrrrgh! Alex had excellent customer service skills and immediately put me at ease which was not easy given my vulnerable state. He met me out and since I had other errands to run allowed me to leave my beloved with him until later that night when he took time out of his weekend night to deliver my phone. Not only do I highly recommend Alex for iPhone repair but if you are ever in need of emergency medical attention; he's your guy! Thanks for the tape.
