  • Went here for 10 years, but probably won't go back after I got the worst haircut of my life. The guy was new. The first red flag was when I asked for a trim and he said that because I have layers, trimming isn't possible. He had to cut to the shortest layer and give me a cut from there (what?). Throughout the cut he kept asking ME what he should do next, and honestly seemed like he had never cut hair before. He told me that up until a week before he had worked at a super crappy place like Super Cuts and that his scissors cost $13. More red flags! This was a year ago and I looked at their website and he is still there. I honestly thought they had higher standards but clearly not. Two stars only because I don't want to totally bring down everyone else who works there. I -have- had excellent cuts and dye jobs over the years. If I could base it on this one experience it would be a minus ten. My hair hadn't been cut in six months and I had worse-looking split ends immediately after than I did when I went in. All trust in this place GONE.
