The salesman promised me better internet service than I was getting from Qwest. I fell for it. When signing the paperwork it said "Early termination fee's may apply". He said that wasnt for me because this wasn't a contract. I stuck it out for 2 years, service never improved so I decided it was time to switch. I called integra to double check if there were penaties for switching and was told I would have over $3000 in penaties for switching my phones and internet service. I was told I was only 2 years into a 3 year contract. I then asked how much the penalty was if I just switched the internet, since that was my main issue. $1200 penalty. 12 months left for service that cost $28 per month has a $1200 penalty. How's that? Then they email the copy of the contract and it makes no mention of penalties this steep and says nothing about being a 3 year contract. What it does say is customer acknowledges receipt of master terms and conditons. Which were obviously never provided to me because nobody in their right mind would sign something that had a $3000 penalty. I wish I could give them a negative star rating. For the deceptive sales tactics by Cole Clifton and for that smug customer service lady Pamela Boruff. This company SUCKS. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
