  • The worst customer service ever! Guy was so rude and unprofessional! Parked my car and after a couple minutes told me it would be a couple minutes and he was just sitting there smoking a cigarette. In the service business it's his duty to at least kindly tell me it will be just a moment and at least acknowledge me. I will never go to this jiffy lube or another ever ! From that looks of other reviews this Guy is still working here. Upper management you need to figure something out with this employee.
