  • So we had water running out of the bottom of our Frig.... Call Carolina Appliance Service and asked when we could get the work scheduled.. I was told a repairman was in the area and would call shortly. I received a follow-up call from the repairman and he was on my driveway within 30 minutes of my original call !!!! He dried out my drain, added a heat conducting wire into the drain to prevent re-occurrence and was complete in another 30 minutes. It would have been quicker but the reassembly screws hid for a couple minutes... :-) It may have been a coincidence.. but I've never had a quicker service call in my 61 years on this planet. I would definitely recommend Shane.
