  • Cappys Cage is a great place for your kids to learn proper Baseball techniques from a former pro athlete. Aaron Capista, a former Red Sox player is the only instructor there, and he has a very good feel for the strengths and weaknesses in ones baseball techniques. Hitting, throwing, catching, basic fundamentals. Its not a flashy place, but its is more than enough of a facility for Coach Aaron to help your kid reach the next level of his or her baseball potential. He has greatly helped my son and the teams i coach. Thanks Aaron Brandon Cross
