  • Tom impressed us from the moment we first spoke with him. He's extremely professional, very respectful, and doesn't beat around the bush. We met with Tom while interviewing numerous agents to sell our Ahwatukee home. Tom was the ONLY agent that we didn't immediately get that "sleazy car salesman" feeling from. Tom wasn't pushy, and didn't make impossible promises. He simply gave us the facts about the market, and what those facts could mean for us. After selecting Tom to represent us in the sale of our house, he upheld his promise to keep us in the loop, have his team take beautiful pictures of our home, market our home on all channels which made sense for us, and work day and night to tie up every loose end. Even upon encountering last-minute issues with the home after we had moved out of state (a water leak from one of the A/C units caused by a clogged drain pipe), Tom provided us with direction on how to properly move forward, visited the house to dry up the water, turn on a fan (which he purchased on his own, and never asked for reimbursement), and saw to it that the repair professionals completed the maintenance thoroughly and properly prior to closing the sale. It's made clear by the other Yelp reviews left for Tom that our experience was not unique. However, it's also worth noting that the entire time we worked with Tom, we felt like we were his only customer. We don't know how he does it.
