| - I go to Costco (a.k.a. StuffMart) rarely, but the one of the nose rest thingies on my eyeglasses broke, and after putting it off for a week and getting by with an old pair of specs, I took them to the Optical department. As usual, there was a bit of a line, but Dave greeted each person, and let us all know about how long it would be for him to be able to help us. My turn; Dave replaced BOTH of the nose rest thingies (with ones that he said would be "soft as pillows"), tightened up ALL the screws on my eyeglasses, and had me put them on so that he could inspect and then adjust the fit for me.
Dave provided service for three other customers while I was there, giving each of us very good, personal attention, and he had an absolutely wonderful attitude and personality. Bright spot in my day!
