  • We are fans of Pieology at Downtown Summerlin. They are generous with the toppings and everything tastes fresh. The thin crust can stand up to numerous toppings. I do think that they need to wipe up the service line a bit more than they do. Some of the employees have some personality and are especially pleasant and others are just okay. I have never had a burnt pizza and we probably go to Pieology about once every ten days. I would like them to have a frequent visitor card. I wouldn't encourage you to drive across town for what is essentially a fast food place, but if you are in the area or live nearby, like I do, then it should be on your go to list for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.
