  • There must have been changes in management since the last reviews were posted because not one, but two managers at this location spoke to me in a condescending manner this past month, as if I was beneath them. I am absolutely floored and baffled. No one else at TD has ever treated me so. Having been with TD Canada Trust for over 45 years, I can't let this go; I feel obligated to post a warning. Branches I would recommend in lieu of this one are 4630 Hwy 7 at Kennedy, 8601 Warden at Hwy 7, 2900 Steeles Avenue inside Shops on Steeles and 220 Commerce Valley Drive West. The service at these locations has never let me down. My home branch where I opened my first account over 4 decades ago, 3477 Sheppard Ave. E. at Warden is also outstanding. Given that I hold personal, business (for a law office), RESP and Waterhouse investment accounts at this institution, what's going on at this branch is strange.
