It's hard to rate a hospital because like Stephanie S said, it really depends on the people working there.
I had a severely sprained ankle recently (and a walk-in clinic said and I quote "you'd be the luckiest guy in the world if it's not broken") and went to the ER the day after. I didn't know where to go and I honestly felt bad but what's good is that they separate ER from minor trauma and make it clear what gets priority.
Surprisingly, my wait was only 1.5 to 2 hours and I was expecting it to be a lot longer. The staff were very friendly and volunteers were all over the place to help you if you're not mobile and I wasn't (couldn't put weight on my right foot).
They x-rayed me quickly (twice actually) and gave me a CT scan just in case because it looked like more than a sprained ankle at first glance.
Verdict: I think I should come here over Creditview if I need to just because the service is better.
