  • Went in a few weeks ago after having this be my "go to" salon for years. Have seen many quality techs come and go. Had an appointment for mani/Pedi for me and my daughter. Seemed to be some confusion about the fact that we EACH wanted mani/Pedi but who would know since the manager Jennifer wasn't there to give us the gracious service we are accustomed to. Rachael has done our nails several times since she has been at LK and fretted is like she had never seen us before. Seriously? I am so tired of going into nail places where the good techs leave and they make you feel like it is an inconvenience that you have come in. Salon itself is not as nice as when it first opened; light fixtures are dirty, floor mop bucket was stored in restroom and they used to offer bottled water when you come in. Going to find a nail salon where they do quality work, atmosphere is welcoming and caring that I come in and the salon is clean. Goodbye, LK Salon.
