With such fun kids movies this summer, we have been here three times this month. This last visit will be our last.
Sure, the reclining seats and extra space afforded to you is great. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE!
On our first visit the self service kiosks were out of order so I moved to the ticket line. One kid was working a register, with one guy slumped up against the wall playing on his phone. I assumed he was on a break since there were several people in line waiting and he wasn't helping. Nope. He was just playing on his phone when he was supposed to be working. He finally decided to work just as I got to the register. Super, but life goes on.
Second visit I left the fam in the car to go buy tickets. Again, self serve out of order so I went to the window. No one in line and no one at the register. There was however a guy leaned up against the wall playing on his phone. Deja vu?? He refused to even look up or acknowledge me in any way. I walked in and asked the ticket taker if someone could sell me a ticket since no one was working the booth. She assured me he is supposed to sell me a ticket. I explained to her that he was not helping customers (there were others by now) and we needed help. She insists I go back out and at that point he was now walking in and he told her someone was out there working. Sure enough, a girl had showed up and was selling tickets and now I was in the back of the line. Great.
So today is the last straw. No issues getting tickets because the kiosk was working. Yay. Go to buy my son a drink and there are two lines. There are ropes up between lines, which I noticed, but the ropes don't clearly say who can enter each line. They certainly don't say "Members Only". So we wait in line behind one guy who took forever and the girl won't wait on us because we aren't Stubs Members. Really? By then the people behind me heard what she said and moved over so I'm at the back of the line of 6 people. She then proceeds to do nothing while 1 guy helped customers.
I did find a manager but I can't say she really cared except to say that the system is new. Clearly it needs to be better signed if they can only take certain customers. And why only have one regular register open? Grrrr. Way to make 75% of your customers feel excluded! What marketing genius came up with this?!?!
Done. Done. Done.
