I was having a not so good customer service experience with Toyota because of the air bag recall. This was compounded by a two hour wait at the Centennial Service Department just to get the model number of the airbag so they could order it from Japan. Unhappy about this, I approached Oscar Madrid ( Service Manager) and explained my experience. He immediately made a call and my airbag was replaced within the half hour. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thank you Oscar.
