  • Last weekend I was recommended to go up Flat Tire and check out bikes. I went up there immediately and I first met Joe who was so informative, answered all my questions without being pushing. After visiting other bike shops and getting ignored this guy already sold me with his genuine care. I was able to schedule a bike fit to figure out what my options were based on what was in stock or if we needed to order something up. I was able to get in today for a bike fit with kaolin which was so much more than I had expected. His knowledge and understanding of human movement and biomechanics of the body made the experience so much more. Being a personal training and knowing human movement I felt so much more connected to the feel of the bike as he explained positioning due to the size of bike. I would absolutely recommend this place, it was my best experience with a bike shop. Of course I walked out with a bike, even though it wasn't my first color choice he made it worth it and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Flat Tire for the set up, can't wait to hit the trails around here, and hopefully get out on group rides. Cheers, Jon
