  • Ultimate fixed a parking lot "swipe" to the front bumper of our 2010 Mercedes. They had to R&R the whole bumper to paint and clear coat it. When I asked if they couldn't just mask it off and paint it on the vehicle, they said they don't operate that way. It's done right or not done at all ! ! They apologized for having to go to Mercedes to buy "Mercedes" rivets to reassemble (which cost extra, of course) but the final bill was still a little cheaper than the original estimate. Promised to have it done in 3 days and 3 days it was. Can not tell there was ever any damage. Courteous, efficient and friendly. Who could ask for more ? ! I told them I hope to never see them again, but if I need body work in the future, I'll certainly be back.
