I'm split on this place. I used to be very loyal to them from New Car purchases suggesting them to others for used car purchases and 100% satisfied on vehicle service department. Not anymore. They built a new service center that is pretty but not as friendly. They used to have no turn over and you would see the same faces every time, now I get a new rep every time and it's just not personal.
On top of all that every time I go in there whatever happened with the car is not included in the warranty I bought (top of the line warranty that I pay an arm and a leg for every month). Come to find out I had a bunch of verbal promises never written up in my sales contract. (My bad for not double checking but after 3 sales reps, countless hours, and negotiation I was guilty of assuming I could take them at their word). But the worst part of the sales process is that when the manager came over the first time to discuss the price I was with my boyfriend and he addressed him without ever making eye contact with me or saying hello to me (SEXIST MUCH?) I had the money in my pocket to buy not my boyfriend, he was just along for the ride. I requested that a new manager work with me which was not instantly received well, eventually I was given a new rep and manager.
Overall the service is still there for the mechanic end, but not top notch like it used to be. I don't recommend buying from them. I used to be all about it, but now they just don't live up to what they used to be customer service wise.
