rev:text	I would give 0 stars to this business if it were possible. The doctor never knows why my kids and I are there to see him and clearly doesn't read the charts before meeting with us, but that seems to be par for the course for this office that is both disorganized and incompetent. They claimed my son needed blood work done, failed to send in the order to the lab, so when we arrived, the lab had no idea what we were there for, and wouldn't perform the bloodwork, so that was a total waste of time for a working parent. Then we had to go back a second time, where my son was poked with a needle for about 5 separate blood draws (he was only 2.5 at the time), and Paradise Pediatrics' response was "hmmmm, I wonder why so many blood draws were ordered, we only needed a few, so sorry about that." Thus, there was no reason to stick my kid with a needle an extra 3 times. After that, I moved my kids to a different pediatrician, informed Paradise Pediatrics of the move, and now 2 years later, they're still calling me about my kids' well checks (and of course I get the calls 5 months after their actual birthdays). Last but not least, I had to call them one last time a few days ago to ask them AGAIN to stop calling me as my kids are no longer patients there, and the receptionist Shannon put me on hold for 7 minutes to check my "account," and then simply never picked up the phone again until I hung up and had to call back to make sure there was no critical message for me (and at the risk of stating the obvious, there was no apology for putting me on hold and then clearly forgetting about me).
