  • the store as whole a++++++++ the pet/dog training department d+++++++++ the trainer(they only have one) trisha, while knowledgeable and well meaning, is extremely militant in here methods. her classes consistent of approximately 6-8 dogs and their families. all breeds, all ages, from all different backgrounds, etc.... she teaches from a book. teaches each pet and each pet parent the exact same trick the exact same way. like regular school. totally normal. if they all learned, behaved and responded to stimuli the same way. she doesn't take the time to get to know the individual people and their pets and what their specific needs might be . she is strictly by the book! you are even given a copy of the book, homework assignments and of course,... the incredible amount of anger and frustration that comes along with paying for a trainer, then finding out if your dog has special needs; you're on your own! !!!!!! the bought and paid for trainer will not help you! enjoy the 6 week class of watching "normal" dogs sit, stay, fetch and so on. i think that class is a joke! just watch youtube for free teaching tips and go to the doggie park for socializing.
