The complaint is directed more toward their corporate policies than this particular location. It was my first time at a tanning bed in YEARS, but I have a wedding coming up. First the girl charged me for 5 sessions, which is all I needed, but then let me know that it would be cheaper to just pay for a month then cancel it at a later date. I definitely appreciate when people let me know that I can save money, BUT what she did NOT EVER tell me or even mention is that THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. After several calls and visits, attempting to get my money back, they were only able to credit my account. As I mentioned, I don't go tanning often so I don't need a credit. Basically feel like they tricked me into buying way more than I ever wanted to. It's 2016, why can you not refund a credit card?
