  • It's Peanut Butter Jelly time!!!! Peanut Butter Jelly time!!! Well to be more specific it's Peanut Butter Jelly Cronut time!!!!! Now they don't open late or 24/7 like some other donut shops in the East Valley so lesson learned recently! Rainbow is owned by a very nice Cambodian family and Ley was nice enough to have a couple of Cronuts reserved and locked up in safe keeping when I called! They have a great variety but thanks I'll stick with the cronuts here. So please call ahead and reserve yours or it's potential SOL case of the Mondays type moodiness! The first time I had ever dropped by they only had PB cronut goodness but it had nooooo jelly so that had to change. I kindly requested a squirt of jelly to complete my cronut circle of life. I even have suggested a unicorn cronut or how about a yeasty doughnicorn cause their name is Rainbow! C'mon now we are talking eternal donut blissssss!!! Oh bless you folks at Rainbow for looking at me like I was speaking another language when I made those suggestions! Baby steps perhaps baby steps.....
