An up-date regarding our experience last night..NOT AN OVER-ALL JUDGMENT OF GALAXY. Please see my previous review.
Love this place BUT hoping the owner and/or manager sees my up-date.
I am not even sure is there is anything that can be done by management for this issue (without them being viewed as discriminating) but my boyfriend and I saw Suicide Squad last night; behind us was a couple with a tiny little baby who was crying and making lots of noise throughout the movie. I know the movie is not rated R but there is SO much violence in it and I was very disturbed by the fact that they brought their baby into the theater to watch it.
It was also really distracting for everyone in the theater trying to enjoy the movie, not to mention movies are not cheap these days and Galaxy has an EXTREME no cell-phone use policy (which I appreciate and respect). I can tell you that the poor baby crying (probably from all the screams and shooting guns) was just as int-eruptive, or even more so, than a cell-phone being used.
I thought about complaining on the spot, which they may have been asked to leave but I really wasn't sure how to handle it..so here I am.
I know it can be hard to get a sitter and such..but PLEASE WAIT TO SEE THE MOVIE or PUT YOUR CHILD TO BED AND WATCH IT AT HOME WHEN IT COMES OUT! So sad.
