  • On 12/19/17 i placed an order that consists of a hp laptop and a software package to be delivered same day. They're supposed to email me when I can pick up my order it is now Christmas Eve and I have not received an email nor do I have my order. In the future I will go to Fry's for all of my electronic needs from here on out I would not use nor will I ever tell anyone to go to Best Buy's.
