rev:text	I just had a horrible experience with this company. I arrived at the office to find one of the property managers, Tierra, totally humiliating a lady that was trying to get reinstated into her place after an eviction. Tierra even went so far as to sit up on the counter with her high heels up. Next Tierra chided me for at least 15 minutes saying I missed an appointment to take in my deposit. She tried to insist that we had spoken which was absolutely false. Then she said she did not have to rent to people like me because she didn't like my attitude. I said, that's fine I won't rent and so she threatened to keep my $1250 deposit!!! After asking to get my money back twice I agreed to grovel to her and sign a lease to which she said, "Okay, thank you, come with me". She would not let my sister come back with me. Then in the back she rudely went over the lease, had me sign it, and then told me they record their phone calls and we are being filmed (ok). She came back after talking crap about me in the back (that I could hear) and said they would give me a full refund because they do not rent to people of my caliber. Then I was walked back into the lobby so she could tell everyone sitting there that the "owner does not want to rent to her". They gave me my $1000 rent check and then she smirked and said "there is a process so you won't get the deposit today". After writing to the supposed owner, I finally got the $1250 deposit back, but the only way they would give me the check was if I signed a release that I would not sue them. I am SOOOO glad I got with a different company and did not end up having to deal with this rude and demeaning lady.
