Went back for the gourmet weekend dinner. Friggin amazing. Seriously.

crab legs - served cold cut in half so we didn't have to crack them (that alone made me boost this to five stars)
ostrich (so good)
elk ribeye
yummy strange pretzel rolls
steak tartare
various sashimi
lots of really yummy grilled veggies with perfect seasoning
many kinds of lamb
hand rolls
bread pudding
mushroom & truffle ravioli
lobster ravioli
I didn't like was the beef wellington, and the tuna tartare was a little bland. Cheesecake was disappointing.
