I came to this shop with an open mind, first I walked in and wasn't greeted for 5 minutes they just looked at me, I asked to get a fill and a pedicure, i get done with my feet and go sit down where they told me Tony didn't speak to me.. another customer comes in and he say I'll take her and gave me to someone else he pick up my shoes and dropped them on the floor.. let's get to the next part.. the tech starts to do my nails and I noticed the fill was done thin and just wrong.. I was in a rush but so I just left it.. two days later my nail chips.. I ALWAYS get my nails done.. and this is the first time it chipped.. I said it's ok I'll go back and get it fixed.. 3 days later I went to go open my window and i BARLEY applied pressure while opening it and my nail cracked and my finger was bleeding. I called the shop and "leesha" answered I explain the situation and she said well to come in I explained to her I had to work and then she told me "I don't know what to do then" and hung up in my face.. I was astonished.. I went in and showed her that not only was my nail polish of with the acrylic after FOUR DAYS .. my nails looked horrible too. I sat down so she could fix it and she told me "I don't want you here" I said wow.. that's not how you treat someone that is paying you?? I asked for the owners number and she refused to give it up.. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.. I will return back to harmony nail salon . She told me to leave with my nails looking like this. IF YOUR THE OWNER PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME.
