I have just had my third occurrence in five months of a package apparently being delivered somewhere other than my address. Do these people not have GPS in their delivery vans or smart phones??? Or brains even? There are only four buildings on my block that it is possible to deliver to and the addresses on three out of the four are very clearly posted. It is so infuriating that these people are so clueless and the company's customer service definitely sucks. Long hold times and very little concern shown by the reps. What really blows is that Amazon contracts with them and I may just need to stop doing business with Amazon if this kind of service continues. Ugh!
