I used this company several times last year and would give Megan five stars for her help then. She was great. But, they now have a new owner, Joanne, who I corresponded with. After sending a confirmation to Joanne agreeing to her request for a meet and greet time, she did not show on the day/time. Or, call. Or, email. Just, nothing. How can you expect someone to watch your pets while you're away if that person cannot show or contact you for the initial meet? I wish that Megan was still there...
