  • What they mean to say is that they will service you unless you have home owners insurance. In that case the guy told me he wouldn't even come out to look at my house. Awesome. Who doesn't have home owners insurance? That guy was soooooo rude on the phone both times I called. I literally don't know how they have anything above a 2 star rating on here.
