  • I would give 100 stars if I could!!!! Rainbow Ryders is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! First time I have been in a hot air balloon ride and this was an exceptional experience. Scott the owner has a personal touch when it comes to how he treats his customers and his employees because I felt it from everyone. They lay out clear expectations from the start. The emails, the confirmation phone calls, the intro in the morning, the explanation of the process, the stats of the weather, altitude, balloon specs, the corny jokes, the genuineness of everyone's attitude, and wrapping it all up with champagne and small breakfast. I mean come on, this is top notch stuff here!! Patrick our pilot was phenomenal. We got up in perfect timing for the sunrise. We saw two other balloon companies at the launch site and they missed the whole thing. But Patrick got us up and rocking. He was engaging with the group, interacted with everyone, made it feel special, and enhanced the overall experience by how he conducted himself as the pilot throughout the whole time. One awesome thing we got to experience was coming within 20-25 feet I would say of a tall saguaro when we went through the mountains and to get that type of precision and skill was phenomenal. We flew past 5200 feet for over a mile above sea level which was perfect because we got to see it all. We saw the entire valley and 360 views when he turned us. The weather was perfect, the crew was awesome, the balloons were amazing, the experience blew me away. Seriously, I'm over zealous in this review because it was seriously from start to finish a seamless, flawlessly executed, and overall a fantastic time that blew my expectations out of the water. Wow wow wow!!! Definitely going to be back and telling everyone to use Rainbow Ryders and that's it. Only them! If you haven't been you have to go!
