  • Having lived close by for a few months, I finally made it over to this brewery this evening. Overall, I would give it 2.5 stars if I could... Because it was a Sunday, the typical football watching pub crowd was upstairs at the bar, making a bit of noise. I can appreciate that, so it wasn't a big deal. I'm not a fan of beer, but seeing as how I found myself in a brewery, I felt like I should try their sampler. Nearly all of them were unbearable to me. No real surprise there. The food started off pretty well. Their house salad was surprisingly delicious. I recommend the vinaigrette. The Loredo burger, however, left much to be desired. Guacamole was decent, but the whole thing just didn't seem like it meshed well. Also, their kettle chips are only okay. Service was perfect, however. The waiter was easy to talk to and knowledgeable at least about their beers.
