Booked a round trip to Montreal from Toronto.
The flight from Toronto to Montreal was amazing! the cookies were nice, the free coffee and water was super great but then....
My flight from Montreal back to Toronto was cancelled, so I went to the porter desk and asked the gentleman if I could get on the next flight out and he told me "if you had checked in earlier you could have gotten on the next one" I told him that had checked in at 10am for my 2pm (The flight had cancelled after I checked in) flight and he told me..."oh, well let me see what I can do. I can't do anything you need to take the 5pm flight"
I wouldn't have made a big deal about this but just the way he spoke down to me as if I was out term for even asking him questions about the next flight was crazy, this is my first time flying with Porter and I don't think I'm going to fly with them again. I'd rather go through the hassle of pearson international airport trying to board a west jet flight then get treated like this, such a shame cause I was blown away at the airport in Toronto and then this. Unfortunate
