I had a similar experience that Barbie had. I cancelled my membership in November I did everything that management asked me to do to correctly deactivate my account. When my account kept on getting withdrawn for The Edge Fitness membership I called management at the Henderson office left numerous messages trying to get them to stop taking money. When I got no response no phone calls back I took matters into my own hands had to stop payment and a fraud investigation go on through my bank. Once I did that low and behold everybody's calling me asking me why they're not getting their money and now I have to go back and try to figure out what day what time I cancel my membership and a lot like Barbie I don't have all of my old receipts I cancelled it in November. So now I get a phone call and text messages and emails about every 3 days asking for that information that I had already previously given them and did everything their way followed their rules got out of their contract but now I get harassed because they lost it.. way to run a gym and a business Edge Fitness
