  • Do not use this company. I needed my place rekeyed because I just bought a condo. Everyone I called was busy and couldn't do it the next day. They were available. The locksmith who came I wasn't sure about. I bought locks for all doors just incase using the same ones were more expensive. He said that rekeying would be cheaper so I went ahead and chose the least expensive. At the end of it he said one key didn't work so he needed to make a copy somewhere else. REDFLAG I wanted new set of keys that no one could possibly have and now who knows if he made extra copies. And if he's a locksmith would you have the tools to make them. After he came back with my set of keys he told me he couldn't give me an invoice. He wrote down the prices and on a blank paper I provided him. It added up to $340. This is replace locks on a condo. I asked for a business card and he gave me a card with no one's name just all city locksmith. I wanted to pay with my card and he said he was going to write down my information because there machine didn't work. Checked my statement and charged me a higher price then I realized the locks I bought came with four keys in each package and I only got 4. This means he took the 4 that came with my locks. I called to talk to him and the guy who answered the phone was rude immediately. 1rst he said no one by the name of Dave works there, second that I don't need my extra set of keys and he was so rude that talking any sense or having a meeting of the minds was pointless. Don't use them I got my condo new locks after this even though I just paid this company to do ot because they felt the need to have copies of my keys. My safety is more important. Also got ADT installed.
