  • Just wrapped up my visit to Woody's shop. Within 2 minutes found the issue with my Hayward Vac - The AFrame was too loose. He gave it a good tightening, and then we went to go test it in his pool. All along the process he was giving little tips and tricks he's learned along the years. Extremely helpful. Also showed me how to find the 'sweet spot' on the pump to make sure I have just the perfect amount of suction coming from the vac. Woody saw me on the weekend, which was unexpected, and made the fix immediately. Best part about it, since he didn't have to replace any parts, he did it FOR FREE. Couldn't be happier with Woody, his service, and his help. 5 star service!
