  • Guy shows up at 6:30pm on a Saturday when the appointment was schedule for 4pm. He asked for my home wifi password so he can log into his iphone. After he set-up his equipment he informed me he doesn't have enough water in his truck and therefore can't start the job. He tells me to reschedule... I don't think so!
