  • TERRIBLE customer service!!!! They say patients are a priority but that is a joke! My husband has been trying for months to replace a broken C-pap machine and has had to follow-up with them over and over and over again. They don't seem to care at all nor have any sense of urgency!!!! It's ridiculous! DO NOT use this service. You will regret it!
