| - First time flying business class with them, expected it to be a lot better. The service was great at times, but still had moments where I was waiting a long time for an attendant to come by.
The quality food was by far so much better than economy however, I felt like I got the short end of the stick as I sat in the last business class seat they served, which means if any of the food runs out I am out of luck. I wasn't able to get a salad as business class was booked fully. The snacks was pitiful on AC - only chips and chocolate bars, which by the way I was unable to eat any peanut products due to a nearby allergic passenger sitting in economy.
Drink selection was not that great either, at other airlines they would give u mini alcohol bottles so that you can adjust the taste of your drink, at AC it was mixed for you.
The entertainment system is very frustrating to work with. It is disorganized and very slow. At one point during the flight it had to be resetted and that took 15--20 minutes.
Also have to add, they lost our baggage, waiting 3 whole days for it, when they advise it would come the next day. Luckily we were home bound but still very frustrating. I am surprised how they have not priorized the baggage considering the price of business class flight tickets. As well when it finally arrived, my baggage was in a very poor state with 2/4 wheels missing making it no longer useable.
