  • I don't write bad Yelp reviews, but when I do it's because I've brought my issue up to the staff and they did nothing about it or we're rude to me. I got my car washed at Jackson's and sprung for the VIP wash ($25). When I got home I noticed the console was not wiped out and the hood still had spots on it. The inside of my car wasn't very dirty when I took it in so I'm not sure how they missed the stuff in my cup holders. I took it back the next morning and they were very rude to me as if I was inconveniencing them. After they vacuumed the car out for the second time, they didn't get the stuff they missed the first day. I showed one of the attendants and she finally saw what I was upset about. I understand that mistakes happen but the lack of care will make me not come back to this place.
