My wife placed an online order and I picked it up. I paid and went to a table to check the order. I found that my 4 year old son's order was not correct. I took the bowl to the register area and said it was wrong and I would like it remade. The store manager, Robert March, picked up my food threw it in the trash and instructed me to, "have a nice day". St this point I was shocked that he didn't offer to remake my son's food. When I asked if my food was going to be remade he told me to leave the store. Then proceeded to call the Monroeville Police. He refused to give me the name and number to his district manager. When the police arrived he lied to them stating that I threw my food at him and walked in the kitchen area. I told the police that there are cameras in the store and to check because I did no such thing. I asked the police to get the district managers name and number and they did. I left and called the number that I was given for the DM. And wouldn't you know Robert March gave the police the wrong number. The DM was no help either.
Be warned that if you choose to go to this chipotle they may take your money, throw your food away, and call the police on you. The Manager Robert March has s huge character issue and has no business being in a role that gives him any kind of authority.
You've been warned
