  • If you live in one of the neighborhoods managed by this company DO NOT contact them in reference to problems w/ dogs in your neighborhood. Although they have community by-laws written about dogs, the staff will simply tell you that you need to contact the city in order to have the laws enforced. Also there are TONS of water leaks in the flower beds around our neighborhood. It's almost amusing every morning when I'm driving home from work and there in one sprinkler that literally SPRAYS water all over the street. It's obviously broken, but it has been doing this for a few months. If you pay your money to this company every month you will get, lots of people walking unleashed dogs, lots of dog barking, lots of dog poop around your neighborhood, and lots of wasted water.
