  • Up until now I have been a happy, and satisfied customer. I encouraged my daughter to use Cobblestone for auto detailing. She had one request and that was to make this newly purchased used vehicle (Kia Sorento) look like new. (i.e. no sign of previous owners, pets, kids etc.) When she returned with the vehicle we looked it over again out of the direct sun to find dust on the instrument panel, chocolate everywhere, stuck on food mess in the cup holders and on the seats-enough that I could pick these off w my nail. The carpet was wiped but not cleaned. The seats were wiped with product that was sprayed OVER the dirt. There is no sign of a fresh clean smell, popcorn in between the seats, a hardened mess in one cup holder, I had to soak 45 minutes to loosen the debris. There was dried milkshake in the cup holders mid back seat. The storage area in the back dusty full of crumbs and untouched. Dirty shoe print on the back seat. My husband and daughter went back afterwards at my insistence to collect at least half the money back to her card. We thought that should take care of it. Right up until I went out to clean what was unfinished by them, just about everything, this morning. To my amazement I found the carpeted backs of the seats w stained splash marks and more chocolate I wiped the seats and dusty dash again, along with rear sets of seats and storage area. I just finished cleaning the vehicle, which took an hour, and came out with filthy wash water. By this time I was fuming. They did NOT even do half of the work required to clean this vehicle. The previous owner clearly had children and a pet. I should have found no pet hair, crumbs or food. I called Mike to inform him of my findings and that she should get all of her $220 back not to mention the tip that was given in good faith. He said they'd agreed w him yesterday to accept half the money back n there was nothing more he could do. No. No there was certainly more he could do. I told him I would yelp this incident as well as notifying corporate. I will be canceling my car wash account and will take my yearly detailing business elsewhere. What I haven't said is that my daughter was injured in an auto accident, still hurting and didn't need to wait 3 hours??? For what ??? Did a regular customer come in and she got pushed back? I can't think of any other reason. Do not take your vehicle there they don't care about you!! Oh and they lean on your vehicle with their key lanyard and scratch the car when they put the plastic on the wiper or remove your antenna. Also unacceptable. You guys have some serious corrections to make and my daughters $20.00 tip money should be returned as well. Cash. In good faith. Just as it was given. Merry Christmas
